We recently changed out our countertops in our kitchen and ensuite and had Apex come to do the plumbing changes. They were very friendly and efficient but were about 1.5 hours late for the appointment.
Granite and marble countertops
We recently had our countertops changed out to granite and marble in our kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The owners of the company provided excellent customer service when we selected our countertops but we weren't impressed with the installers. They were more than an hour late and did not call to tell us they would be late. They were not friendly at all and actually were rude to my wife when she asked one a question. They did not put our kitchen appliances back into place after they finished installing the countertops, when the owner of the company told us that they should have. We also found out after the fact that neighbours of ours had their countertops changed out to granite for a much more reasonable price.
