Proves difficult to maintain by owner every yr due to chronic pain and arthritic issues Lance and his crew arrived on short notice and as promised. They did a fine clean-up of my front and back yard seasonal (Spring) yard clean. Good equipment was brought and they made efficient use of time allotted. Reasonable price compared to others--esp ones who estimate price only via Google mapping the location from their computer screen or who are too busy to focus on anything but large commercial premises.
