My merchandise was sent at the wrong time and was missing my bicycle. The company said that they didn't know where it was and offer to pay for it. Later on, It was found and arrived a month later. Bicycle was visible used, had scratches and broken. I sent it for maintenance a week earlier before sending it over seas. They are not responsible for the merchandise and would not care for you.
