Waited for another repairman for 2 days. Water was pouring down walls and ceiling during showers in apartment above. Saw Sam's ad in the local paper, he came immediately to assess problem. Fixed it the next morning. Very efficient. I'm still waiting for walls to dry to get entire ceiling and wall repaired.
