I installed AC through through applewood with the understanding that applewood assume builders warranty for furnace installed by other . Builder has two years warranty and applewood initially agreed to assume the warranty of the builder.Furnace was not running properly due to motherboard that need to be changed . I get changed by other as applewood refused to provide labour to change the motherboard.Better install your ac's with credible and reputable company who assume warranty for furnace for at least two years if you install ac and make sure it is written in your invoice or contract . Normally dealer of furnace who installed furnace say that warranty voids if ac installed by others.

Applewood Air Conditioning does not warranty products supplied and installed by others. Upon review of your contract, there was no mention of us taking over your warranty from another HVAC contractor.
