Very lacking in people skills. Extremely aurgumentative and arogant when major flaws & mistakes in workmanship were pointed out. It took twenty minutes to convice them their was a problem and when they did acknowledge they still demanded payment before rectifying the issue. Two business days after work was completed they are now threatning to put a lien on my home before the week ends.
