New countertop is tolerable. White specs that were not on sample. Cabinet refacing looks like crap! Cabinets have a pink hue, not even close to resembling white washed maple. Disappointed to say the least. Owner (Dave) was very approachable when he was selling the job, playing hard to get now. Office staff ( Shavonne, Leslie) were condescending. The installers for the most part had done what they were instructed to do by their boss. They were polite and cleaned up most of their mess. They did use stones from my retaining wall to put under their trailer tire, even kept the stone. When the project was complete, i advised the installer that i was not going to pay the balance until my wife and i had discussed the final product. The installer immediately called his office and gave the phone to me. The women (Shavonne) was stern about collecting the balance even though i had concerns. In all fairness, they did send someone out weeks later to address our issues. He wrote it up and left. Weeks later another person came out to make the corrections only to find that he had a partial list of what was to be corrected. We demanded that the owner come by to see what was done, still holding our breath. So, what was to take a week took 3 months. We have painted the walls to mask the pink hue and at the advice of the owner, change the light bulb in the kitchen to one that is less bright. Be cautious of Granite Transformation in East Allen, Pa
