It was a pleasure to find someone who was recommended to me that could be so precise and yet have not only the knowledge of all areas of the property but also helpful people for additional work that would/could be done at an option in the future. He explained the maintainence of the home and provided a maintenance manual with his report which was 20 pages in detail. Very impressed. He also saved me an additional 5000.00 of the asking price of the home when it came down to the final negotiation which was well worth the inspection.
