Extremely pleased with the way this company serviced our requirements. Initially the sales rep (Dorin Clupac) who quoted prices was very informative and exact in the info he supplied. The installer (Eric) was nice enough to call ahead(as we had requested) as we had to get control of our dog, so as not to interfere with his work. Installation was done in great time and in a very professional manner. Installer also answered all my questions regarding the product, and was meticulously clean and tidy about any debris , dirt and old windows parts and removed all and left our property very clean.
