They are getting worse and worse. Now, the repair people who come to your home, well, they are personable, efficient and nice. But the lady who answers the telephone, I think she is probably the wife, and I rephrase that: WHEN she answers the telephone, she is very terse and curt, absolutely does NOT return calls in a timely manner, or does not return calls at all. This seems to be a pattern over and over and over. You have to call them over and over again. I guess they do not need the business. I used to use them and I recall that the exact same pattern happens over and over again. Not recommended, I found someone more reliable.
