we bought a brand new home from the builder in Scarborough area about 2.5 years but we had been experiencing a problem with our furnace already. We tried to contact Romac heating, however we can not reach them with the number they provide us. The voice mail was full and there is no one to answer the phone. Therefore, we are forced to call other furnace service in Toronto. How do you expect to be in business without a proper service?
