When I walked into the store I was not pressured in any way. Sailesmen were calm and did not stair at me as I went arround the store with a sales flier in my hand and checked out the different style and colours that were on display. When I had a good idea as to the style and type of under counter microwave I approached the sales person who guided me to the units that were on sale and I feel I made a good decision on which modle to purchase
