Needed someone reliable. Found Sam on HomeStar and thought I give him a try. Was extremely pleased. Very tidy. Put on his booties when he came in. Was knowledgeable. Did what had to be done - nothing more or less.

Paid for 12 cleanings, they showed up 3 times and were never seen again. Emails went back & forth and all I got were excuses. I was promised a refund and that's when communication stopped. Apparently they have moved. Wish I could find them. Would like to serve them for small claims court.
