Let me begin by saying that St. Germaines is the filthiest store I have ever been in period! It looks like an abandoned gym from the 60s. my wife was very apprehensive about even entering the building. let me say the staff is dressed in raggedy t shirts and jeans and it looks like a hobo convention. some guy with a beard at the desk was cursing up a storm in a shrill voice in front of children. this woman claiming to be the manager wearing black sweat pants was yelling at sales people and the owner and everyone who would listen. very unproffessional. i asked to speak to the owner about taking something off of a floor model sectional, as we we buying that ,two reclners, ends tables and rugs and he said he couldnt! the floor model had stains all over it and the cushions were faded to a different color. it also had a chunk of wood gouged out of it. i dont even think he was the owner, because he was running around in workout clothes wrestling with some cleaning woman. obviously she wasnt doing her job either! the place is a dump and needs to be rented out as a spook house. the furniture is marked way up. We selected another sectional to be ordered and were told everything else was in stock in the warehouse there. I got a call two days later saying that they were mistaken and somebody had reserved our tables, and the recliners were only in in a different color! the rug was an 8 x 10 and our salesman told us we were getting a new one. when we received the delivery[partial], the rug was worn out and had been hanging because it had the same wear pattern as the one hanging! unbelievably bad service and sold a bill of goods! still the old guy up front kept cursing on the phone! NEVER again!
