Thank goodness their are still individuals in business who do the job right the first time at a reasonable price. Roy Gibson is the honest, hard-working professional you want to appear on your doorstep when you have drain or plumbing problems. Even though we telephoned him late in the evening to deal with sewage backup in our basement, Roy accommodated our request and arrived promptly to provide service. We had a lot of questions for him because we had not had this experience before. We found him to be very helpful and to provide us with good advise. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. At the end of the day his sense of humour made a unpleasant situation less stressful. If you have drain/plumbing problems I would have no hesitation in recommending Roy.
