Cleaning and protecting upholstery/carpet
The team was great. Called to let me know they were running late after a snow storm - which I thought meant they wouldn't show up or would be very late. Only 30 minutes. Courteous. Confirmed order with me before they started...got out a watermark I thought I would have to live with...one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time!
