Brought a tabletop in for repair and they were to call me with a quote. Did not hear from them for many weeks depite 2 phone messages I left. Finally I got through to a person who said "oh yeah, we can't do it and we tried everywhere - no one can do it." I said I would ask around and come and pick up the piece. A few weeks later I found a couple of companies who could do it and called to say I would pick it up. She told me it had been thrown out and when I said politely that she should have called me first I was yelled at!
