We wouldn’t use Pro-tec Roofing again. Quality was poor and also, they caused many problems in our neighbourhood with playing extremely loud music which could be heard blocks away. When neighbours asked them to turn it down, they were very mean, refused and taunted the neighbours - even turning the music louder. They said that it happens all the time with neighbours around the houses that they roof and they can do what they want. We were very embarrassed since we kept hearing about it from our neighbours afterwards. We also realized that we do not want to do future business with a company of this type of character. Also, they had a crew of 5 people none of who were wearing harnesses or other safety gear. I am not sure if there is an incident if one of them slips and gets injured, whether the homeowner who hires them is liable. This made us a bit worried.
