I have considerable construction experience and would call Silvio a true expert in the field. The highest compliment I can give is that I find myself regularly recommending Silvio and Blue Line to friends. They have completed many residential projects on multiple properties for me from basement digging and waterproofing, structural renovations, exterior walkouts and excavations, interior rebuilding of properties etc. They have all been completed professionally and within expected budget and with a high level of communication. The one piece of advice I would give prospective clients is to listen to Silvio's advice during the project: his quote will rarely be the lowest at the start of the project but will be by the end when his anticipation of surprises come to pass and are corrected. He will not be overwhelming you with extras that he knows are coming.
