I recently noticed that the bricks on the top of my chimney were coming loose. Quentin did a thorough inspection and John followed up with another inspection, options, and quotes. He probably could have sold me all the stuff I really didn't need, but he was honest & thorough, and his quote was very reasonable. The repair looks great, there was no debris remaining, and everything was done in a very timely manor. When the time comes, I will definitely call on them again to install an insert. In the meantime, I am looking forward to sitting in front of a beautiful fire this fall.
