I met with Service Technician Joe and he was very professional. Great guy to talk to as well as very friendly. Gave me straight truthful answers right away on how long it would take and the cost. I thought the job was way more complicated than it really was and Joe really ensured me that it was very easy to fix and can be done quickly. He was right and was completed within an hour. He even installed new flaps in the leaky toilets for us and it wasn't even on his quote. Price was really good too. I must have tried to fix that leaky pipe 4 times myself.
