lets begin with our story we first noticed what we thought was mice droppings, so we called aa happy pest control. The reason we called them is our neighbors told us that they have a guy named david and he did a good job with theyre bees and they never came back.david came to my house and explained its a rats problem, he charged standard rates and he came 7 times to pickup the dead ones. The reason im writing this review which i dont usully have time for is we were extremly shocked that in 250 he kept coming back to take the dead rats for no extra charges and he came right away and i noticed hes busy but he remembers each customer by name and is very friendsly to diel with. By the time im writing this review its now july 2013 and he did the rat problem around March, since march because we were so happy wit his work we just called him last night for the wasps and a major spider problem (our shed was infested with hundreds of spiders) so he came the next day SO I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIIM TO MY FRIENDS. David comes very fast and gets down to business so he dosnt waste your time and money. 1 last point during the time of the rats we just gave him a key and he came and left on his own so he is very trustworthy.
