Joe came twice to fix my dryer and charged me for parts that was not the cause of the problem. On the 3rd visit. He stated that he was not able to fix the dryer due to electrical system.(Maytag dryer and he is suppose to be an authorized maytag repair dealer). He stated that he was going to refund my money back. That was in July 2008. Everytime I call to check status, he had a different excuse. First it was a routing issue with the bank. Then it was mailed. Then it was sent certified. Then he was going to deliver the check.(Twice). Last I was going to meet him at a location. All of these methods failed. Im still without a refund. Please do not use his services.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Try to get to the problem the first time around and stop guessing as to what could be wrong.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
