He explained everything thoroughly, was patient while we obtained other quotes, and remained in communication during the entire process. No high pressure sales tactics either. The install team was just as fabulous. Clean, efficient and pleasant. We notice a drastic improvement on the warmth, sound and obviously appearance wiith our new windows and are so happy.
