They promised to fix the Miele dishwasher in a week. It took longer than a month before we asked for a refund and still we lost $500 in "fees". Avoid this company - they'll take your money before fixing anything and let you sit without your broken appliance for months. Their customer service is bad - nobody called us to tell us of any delays - we had to call them like 5 times for updates before they gave us about half the value of what they already charged.
