Fred was hired to be a GC for our home. He was either incompetent or didnt show up. Either way the workmanship was either done poorly or not done correctly. We are now fixing so many things on the home. Fred's motto was "good enough." I've never seen so many jobs be repeated. Nothing was ever his fault. Even the painting which was CSA construction AKA Fred's trade was horrible. Wall coverage, retouching baseboards, merely painting around the locks on the exterior doors. The list goes on.
