Save yourself the hassle with dealing with this company, as they operate their business on deceptive selling practices, cash grab. Charged us 904.00 to fix the sounds we had in our walls. Tech spent no more than an hour on site with less than $20 in materials and left, without notice. Next day the sounds was still in our walls we reported it back to them of which they had no intent to resolve our issue. They then got caught misleading us, never presented a solution to resolve our issue except misrepresent the truth and expect us to pay more. Do not pay them up front. Be very careful dealing with this company. They claimed they fired the tech who misdiagnosed our issue, but did they ? what a horrible experience. More like they fake a fix and then run off with your money.
