Took $7,000 down payment, did not post any permits, say it would take 2 to 3 weeks and only cement was done. He never call never showed up. His attitude was he has a year to get it done or take him to court that he didn't care. He will do the job when he feels like it. Very rude and he ignores all of my phone calls. His attitude is that he has other jobs to do.
