To cancel out a washer and dryer and install a new toilet and sink I was more than shocked when I received the invoice! He had access below so no crawling around tight spaces. I was also initially quoted a $75 truck charge which actually turns out to be the starting fee. Then there's travel time which the receptionist failed to mention, the cost of materials seemed to be exaggerated and the hours submitted did not match mine. He was messy and left his garbage behind. I would not hire this company again to even change a washer in my faucet.
