We hired Shane (referred through a friend) to inspect our home AFTER we had used a different inspector. We had noticed that the original inspection had missed several things and were looking for a second opinion of sorts. In short, Shane found several things that the original inspector had not and we're more than happy with his services. He explained everything to us and took the time to break everything down into language that was understandable to us. It may be a small thing, but we feel as though our time, property and money was respected and it goes a long way these days with us.
