These guys are totally unethical and they take advantage of your desparate situation for some cold air. When I had my AC broken, I had them come in beacause they said they can come in right away and Sears was going to take a couple of days. They replaced a part and said they had to recharge freon (for an AC unit less than 6 yrs old). I had no choice but to get it done. They charged me $850 for about 30 mins of work. I later realized that nothing was wrong ... the part they replaced was in good condition. The Freon recharge wasn't required. All that went wrong with my AC was that I didn't replace the air filter for a while and the fuse tripped. The fuse box for the AC machine is on the exterior wall. I didn't realize that until after this was all done. I checked with better business bureau after my exprience with them and I realized that they had multiple complaints against Four Brother which these guys never responded to. I should have checked about them earlier with the BBB. When I called Four Brothers with my compalint, they said they are not going to do anything about it and that I could complain to anyone I wanted. I got screwed. Make sure you don't get screwed by these scum bags.
