We were overdue to change our doors and windows and David was quick to understand our requirements and offer options within our budget. He also helped direct us to another company that helped take advantage of the Green home rebate. Installation was efficient and clean, and in the 8 months post install, the difference in temperature is noticeable! David and the team accommodated changes to the number of windows by adding all our basement windows to the work order. All work was performed within a day as projected, and the scheduled with a lot of flexibility around our work-from-home schedules. I would definitely recommend David and Consumer Direct to others!
