HEK

I called Marty 2 years ago when I found a leak in my dormer, he came very quickly and identified the problem and fixed it, when it started leaking another place the next week, again he was quick in coming and trying to identify the problem. We decided to re-do the whole roof (it is an old house, and a very old roof), and he said he would be out within the next 2 weeks. 3 months later in the winter, he finally showed up. When I realized he forgot to put the vents back in the roof, it took a while to get him to come back - and when he did he didn't bring enough vents and said he would be back. I finally called another roofing company to come 4 months later to put the remaining 2 vents in - who when up on the roof told me it was a terrible job. I called Marty again and showed him pictures - he came back and apologized and gave me excuses, and told me he would make it right. He has been back three times since and it is still leaking 2 years later. I finally called another roofing company this week - since the last time I heard from him was 6 weeks ago when 'he was just picking up the shingles and would be on his way to my house', and he has since stopped responding to messages or answering his phone.
