I'm a realtor and needed a quick turnaround job so I can list and sell this condo. I asked them for their availability and quote and they got back to me immediately to come take a look at the job and to price it out correctly. They were very responsive and correspondence was extremely clear. They did a fantastic job and changing the laminate floors, regrouting the bathroom tiles and shower tiles, gave the tub a facelift and painted the entire unit. Now the unit looks brand new. Worth the money in my opinion. Much appreciated guys!
