When I notified Greg that we had absolutely no heat in our house right before the cold wave was going to hit, he made it a priority to visit us and ensure he would do everything he could to get his heat by the end of the day. Which he absolutely did. Not only was he full of patience, and kindness, but he explained to me the work he was doing, and the quality he was going to provide. Not only does he bring professionalism, but it was so enlightening to know that he works hand-in-hand with his father and brother, and makes you feel like you are a part of the family, and a top priority .
