In every case there were excuses, delays and damage My experience with Masters Windows was entirely different, Masters was punctual, professional and everything that the other company wasn't. I was so pleased with the installation that I have ordered a new front door. What they say is true "Masters Windows is not the biggest, but in my experience, they are the best. I rate Masters a 10 out of 10
