We had 3 projects within 2-3 years time with Alistair and his team. He and his team are very dedicated and have great work performance. The last deck extension we were supposed to asked his team to do we ended up doing ourselves, only because labour cost is so expensive. We did ourselves to save and be on budget by buying the materials and doing it ourselves to save labour cost. Market inflation cost is affecting everyone and its harder to budget nowadays.
