James was referred to us for a concrete polishing job for basement of our cottage. He was super responsive and was able to fit into his very busy schedule by doing the job over a weekend. Some highlights: -pricing was very competitive -flexible scheduling (even though he was extremely busy!) -challenging site conditions (he had to get a 600 lb grinder down into our basement for the job, AND come in and out via a typical cottage gravel road in the middle of winter) -great communication during the course of the project (phone calls, text, photos) James was a patient and meticulous guy and I would not hesitate to recommend and work with him again!
