Hi, My name is Vic and I and my family often go to Home depot for our needs in building and renovation materials. My story is simple, and I believe that many others have noticed the same. Some time / years ago this was our number 1 destination. We could easily find sales representatives for our questions. Now, it is difficult. Particularly in the Carpets section, at this particular location in Mississauga, it will take you 30 minutes to get someone to help you. I believe the company should address this. Thanks.
