We booked Superior Movers for a quick and easy job on Dec 30th, 2023. My mother died Boxibg Day and we need to empty and clear out her belongings. Weve used this mover before and they were fine. Today they didnt show up. I checked in last night with Leo and all was a go for this morning. Called to check in when they hadnt arrived. I was told at the main number they didnt know where the truck was. They werent answering. All day I called. No one called us back. No one answered the phone ever again all day. No one responded to emails. They took a $ 100 deposit. Its not the money. Its the emotional Impact of presuming very difficult emotional Task would be completed by now. Never ever use these guys.
