Cheap!

I purchased a couch and loveseat in genuine leather from Palliser. Sales pitch says leather is dyed all the way thru. Genuine leather to be everywhere except the back. Within 5 years the genuine leather area is cracked and splitting. Area is on the top of the back cushion so not touched at all. 2 spots are worn and there is no colour. I received no help from heritage or palliser. I will never recommend these 2 companies
