Dear Home Improvement People I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my bathroom renovation, but more than that, I wanted to compliment Jerry on the job he did. He is truly a master at what he does. Every detail was beautifully finished. But more than that, it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He is everything a tradesman should be--reliable, knowledgeable, meticulous, and pleasant. I'm hoping to do the ensuite bathroom at some later date, and I wouldn't have anybody but Jerry do it.
