Reliable, on time and friendly. Tony communicated the cost and there were no hidden charges. The appointment was easily scheduled and they arrived on the date and within the scheduled timeframe. Service was completed efficiently with minimum inconvenience to us. They were considerate and conscious of keeping our house clean. Tony recommended a reasonable return period for our next cleaning indicating he was not trying to suggest work that is not needed. We will definitely be using his services in the future and highly recommend RBS!
