The owner Maurizo had great communication from the beginning. Maurizio was patient and answered all of my questions. I purchased the product from Maurizio but due to the expensive shipping charges (out of his control) I rented a trailer and drove to his shop on a weekend. Maurizio had an A frame created and he and his helper loaded all of the material in the trailer. Maurizio also gave extra material just in case, gave tips and tricks on how to install the product. I could not be happier with the final product!
