Nice at first but then deteriated,project took twice as long as they said ,poor cost management.They did not not seem to care about our concerns regarding the cost overruns in the end we were glad to see the back of them.

Thank you for your response - as our contract is based on time and materials (a cost plus contract) the client is always responsible for decisions regarding their costs - not the renovator.
