After moving into a new home, we needed to have a new natural gas line installed to get our BBQ working. Ken sent his son Kevin over and got us a general quote on the work; the final bill ended up being slightly less than the quote. Though it took some time for them to come back and get the work done, as they are the only plumbers/gas line workers in the community, the work ended up getting completed within a few hours, and without much disruption to our routine. Kevin asked us exactly where we wanted the shut off switch and suggested the best (and cheapest) route to run the line to our meter, then did all of the work. He hooked up our BBQ for us and sat with us while we tried it out; no issues found he cleaned up and left, and we received the bill in the mail a few weeks later.
