I had purchased and paid for a load of gravel to be delivered. On the scheduled delivery date I was informed that due to a "vehicle" issue the delivery had to be postponed to the following day and I was going to get a 30% discount on the agreed to price. I had help lined up and when I mentioned it, immediately I was told " We'll deliver tomorrow morning and we'll refund the full amount today, the order is on us. I feel bad that you had to hire help today." An amazing, unsolicited response. I don't do much in terms of gardening, but after this, I know where to go when I need garden supplies!
