I had to quickly book a Carpenter (Re: a support base for under a toilet area). My Home Handyman replied promptly to my request, & contacted a Carpenter for me. The Carpenter made a survey first, & then booked the repair appointment. Everything worked efficiently- in the chain of command, & The Home Handyman checked back with a follow up call as well.
