Pete claims to be an arborist so I asked him to trim all my trees. He barely did anything to most trees. Then he found a wasp nest in one, said this happens all the time and proceeded to chop down the nest. With wasps now buzzing around he could not continue but promised to come back on Monday to finish the job. My wife insisted I pay him in full. It's been two months and he keeps saying he will come but never shows up. first it was broken tools that prevented him from returning. then he claimed to be in the hospital after cuting his hand. Then it was just blowing smoke. Lessons learned: ask for proof of arborist certification. Never pay until job is done.
