We recently had our basement developed by Prolux. We had met with many other companies, but Prolux gave us a competitive quote, and we liked that they were family owned. We enjoyed the interactive app they use to customize the project initially and also for billing/invoices purposes. The project began quickly after signing the quote and everything felt pretty organized from beginning to end. We changed a couple of things early on and they were very accommodating. They were easy to communicate with and readily available to answer our questions and or concerns . The project took about 4 months to complete as expected, and they did a good job of keeping us in loop with the progress. Their team of contractors were nice to work with and always kept their work area nice and picked up. We are very pleased with our new basement and the extra space Kevin and Tony has created for us.
